Who Am I?
A Talent Development professional who values organizations that value their people, plain and simple. I am an experienced workplace partner with a focus on designing unique, creative learning experiences that result in positive performance change. I bring a humanistic approach, from employee engagement projects to facilitating training to coaching, I push for employees to experience their next level of personal achievement especially in collaborative learning environments.

My practical expertise includes 12+ years in retail management, recruitment, performance management and hands-on training in the workplace. Additionally, I have an MA in Educating Adults from DePaul University with an extensive focus on qualitative research and practical application centering around: Managing Employee Engagement for Business Results, Actively Attending to Appreciation in the Workplace and Driving Performance in the New World of Collaborative Work. These combined practical and academic experiences contribute to my deep expertise in the field of talent development. Additionally, I studied with and was mentored by Dr. Pamela Meyer, a premier authority on Organizational Agility.
